Building the NIST AI Risk Management Framework: Workshop #2
March 29, 2022 @ 11:00 am - March 31, 2022 @ 4:00 pm
Roll up your sleeves and help NIST to develop the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Risk Management Framework (RMF) by taking part in a workshop March 29-31, 2022. The second in a series, this workshop is part of NIST’s efforts to foster an open, transparent, and collaborative process as it creates a Framework to manage risks to individuals, organizations, and society associated with AI. Building on community input to date, NIST will release a first draft of the Framework in advance of the event where AI experts and stakeholders across sectors will further advance the guidance document. The first two days will address all aspects of the AI RMF; day 3 will allow a deeper dive of issues related to mitigating harmful bias in AI. Suggested workshop participants include those from government, industry, and academia with an understanding of AI concepts and risk issues and approaches. The workshop will consist of multiple panels and robust online forums from 11am-4pm EST each day. More details coming soon.
